It’s just crazy how fast this past year has flown by yet at some moments felt like the world was standing still. In any case, a new year is just days away, so I thought a little wrap-up of the last 12 months was in order, and while I’m at it, share with you the 12 most popular recipes from 2021. Because I just love a good round-up, don’t you?

One of my best moments was hitting the publish button on this little blog of mine last January. It was a crazy idea that had been in my head for since forever, and with running our business full-time as well as the usual family shenanigans, I naively thought, yep, I can totally do this. And then came the lockdowns again, the homeschooling, and the small business pivot (which we’ve all come to know well!). I may not have hundreds of recipes (yet), and this thing is a total work in progress, but I have loved cooking, capturing, and writing every post for this little blog of mine. So I just wanted to say thank you for sticking around. Thank you for the messages, comments, and tags when you’ve cooked a recipe. And thank you for your kindness and support. I’ve truly had so much fun doing this – I know, complete nerd.

I hope you’re enjoying a bit of break before we do it all again next year (fingers crossed minus the lockdowns)
