Dutch Oven Corned Beef

This easy Dutch oven Corned Beef recipe gives me all the comfort food feels. Serve up alongside colcannon, cabbage and cheesy white sauce this St Patrick's Day!

Let’s get started!

Pop the corned beef (fat side up) in a large Dutch oven, along with all the ingredients and cover with water.

Bring to a simmer. Skim the top to remove any scum Pop the lid on and put into a preheated 150c oven for 1 hour 45 minutes or until fork tender.

Serve slice corned beef with lashings of colcannon, and cheesy white sauce!

Make sure your liquid is between 95 degrees F and 115 degrees F when adding to yeast.
