Drying figs is a dehydrator is super easy. I slice my figs for dehydrating, however you could also try drying them whole or in quarters.

How to dry figs in a dehydrator

02 Remove the stem and slice 

01 Wash and dry fresh figs

03 Lay slices flat on dehydrator trays

04 Turn the dehydrator on and leave to dry for 8 hours

Add dried figs to a homemade granola or your morning cereal

Use them in a jam
