I cook with it every day. Not perfectly. Just consistently. And over time, I’ve learnt the easiest way to get started at home is with enamelled cast iron — simple, easy to use, and far less fussy than you might think.

You don’t need to master cast iron. You just need to use it.
Start with one pot. Cook the food you love.
Because there’s something about cooking this way. The heat holds perfectly, flavours build slowly, and once you get the hang of it… it’s like magic.
I cook with enamel cast iron every day. Not perfectly. But always deliciously. And over time, I’ve found it’s one of the easiest, most reliable ways to cook at home. Truthfully, I think my Dutch oven makes me a better cook.
